The heat exchanger boiler allows it to go from brewing to steaming without the wait. The Espresso Machine's water reservoir for brewing can be filled at any time, without having to remove the pressure cap. The boiler temperature and pressure, which can be monitored using the Gaggia Achille’s pressure gauge, are controlled with an internal pressure regulator that ensures that the Achille is always ready to brew.
