 LEM Meat Patty Maker Attachment - Expant your meat grinders usability. Use this meat patty maker attachment to make professional burgers and sausage patties for yourself or your customers. It's a breeze with this new grinder accessory. This handy meat patty maker attaches to any 777, 779, 780, 781 or 782 LEM Electric Meat Grinder. Attach the meat patty making attachment to the meat grinder before you start grinding meat the second grind. Thread the waxed paper from the roll onto the chute and begin pushing the meat into the grinding head. As the meat extrudes from the meat patty maker it will push the meat and paper down the chute. Use the included 11" meat shears to cut the meat patties any size you like. This all metal LEM Meat Patty Maker comes with 1 roll of waxed patty paper, meat shears, and a 16" chute. It makes 1/2" meat patties or use the accessory plates included to make 3/16" x 1-3/16" jerky strips three at a time, 1/2" diameter snack sticks four at a time or 3/8" patties.
