This Flaker Mill is manufactured in Germany by Messerschmidt, and is for use w/ all Kitchen Aid Mixer models. Built with premium Lexan and the roller is made of hardened surgical steel.

A cup of rolled oats is produced in a minute. Large 5 cup open hopper for continues rolling and flaking.The Flaker mill will fit on your Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer with a twist of the wrist. Easy to clean. Easy and quick to take apart and put back together for cleaning.

Here's a few things you can Roll and Flake: Oats, wheat, rye, spelt, kamut, millet, Buckwheat groats and Flax Seed. Use for hot or cold cereals, granola, cookies, cakes, meat extenders.
