Directions: Cream 1 cup (2 sticks) butter until soft and beat in contents of package #2. Add 1 egg and beat until creamy. Gradually add contents of package #1 and stir until well mixed. Form dough into a small ball and press into Sandbakkelse tin, spreading as thing as possible. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until light brown. Cool and remove from tins very carefully as Sandbakkelse are very fragile. Fill with your favorite filling or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Sandbakkelse may be stored in an airtight container.
