Breville Processor - Sous Chef

This wide-mouth Breville Food Processor slices finer, more evenly, and more consistently than other brands in its class. Now you can process foods like potatoes and apples without having to process them into small pieces beforehand in order to fit them into the chute; this Breville Food Processor features an extra-wide mouth that can accommodate entire potatoes.

Tailor the slicing thickness from 0.3 mm to 8 mm thick with the 24 settings on the variable slicing disc of the Sous Chef Breville Food Processor. This wide range allows you to make something as thin as potato chips and something as wide as tomato slices for barbecued hamburgers. In order to ensure durability, the shaft attachments (slicing disks) are made out of reinforced stainless steel.
