CucinaPro Electric Ebelskiver Baking Tips:

• Before heating, brush the inside of each plated mold with melted butter.
• Place about 2 tablespoons of batter into each well.
• Add fruits, jellies, or other fillings to the middle of the batter if desired, then fill with a little more batter to cover the filling.
• Cook ebelskivers in the pan until they begin to bubble in the center and are lightly browned on the bottom, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Use two wooden skewers to flip the Ebelskiver.
