Smoked Moonshine Martini 

Smoked moonshine Martini

Makes 1 Drink

  • 1 Oz Kahlua
  • 2 Oz Vanilla Bean Moonshine
  • 1 Oz Espresso, chilled

Recommended Equipment:
OXO Alcohol Measuring Jigger
Crafthouse by Fortessa Smoking Box & Smoking Gun
Tovolo Sphere Ice Molds

Step 1
Prepare ice balls using the Tovolo Silicone Ice Molds according to product directions; freeze overnight. 

Step 2
Measure Kahlua, moonshine, and espresso with jigger; add to pitcher; stir.

Step 3
Place one ice ball in martini glass; pour cocktail mixture over ice ball.  

Step 4
Place cocktail in Fortessa Crafthouse smoke box and seal doors.  Hook up smoking gun to the back of Crafthouse smoke box. Load desired wood chips in the smoke gun. Turn smoking gun onto high speed (II) and ignite wood chips. Switch to low speed (I) and smoke for a few seconds until the box is releasing some smoke then turn the power off (O). Let sit for 30 seconds. Remove cocktail from the box and serve.
