The Le Creuset Signature Series offers larger handle which allows for a firm grip, especially with oven mitts. Along with an upgraded lid knob, some colors come with a larger composite knob that withstands temperatures up to 480°F. Other colors come with a stainless steel knob that is heat-safe to any temperature. The sand-colored interior enamel also has a greater resistance to wear.
