Use & Care:

• Oven and grill use only.
• Stone handles heat up to 500˚F (260˚C).
• Wipe stone clean with a damp cloth before your first-time use.
• Let stone cool to room temperature before submerging in water or thermal shock may occur. Soap and detergent should not be used on stone, Simply rinse with water, scrub with a brush, and allow the stone to air dry.
• Stone will darken and develop spots over time. Due to the natural properties of the stone, these spots cannot be removed.
• To use, preheat the pizza stone in an oven or on your grill at 450F (232C) for 15 minutes.
