The 45100R's brushed aluminum housing is both durable and decorative, able to stand up to the abuse and scrutiny of your waiting room patrons or restaurant diners. An external level gauge shows how much coffee is left in the tank.

The Proctor-Silex 100-cup Commercial Coffee Urn uses a dual heater system that rapidly heats coffee to brewing temperature before gently bringing it down to proper serving temperature and staying there. This brings out the maximum flavor of your coffee without endangering you, your staff, or your guests of being scalded.

The Proctor-Silex 45100R provides single-handed serving by way of a clever lever positioned behind the pour spout: pushing this lever with your cup positions it right under the flow of coffee.
