5" Asian Multi-Prep Knife: Neatly maneuver around bones and between joints, trim vegetables, slice tomatoes and more with the 5” Kai PRO Series Asian Multi-Prep Knife. Called a honesuki in Japan, this small, nimble knife is crafted of Japanese AUS6M high-carbon stainless steel and has a triangular blade that’s perfect for de-boning poultry or trimming meats. The narrow tip is ideal for maneuvering around bones while the winder end makes slicing onions or trimming green beans easy.
